By placing an order with Emerald Corporate Gifting, you (client) agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Services

We specialize in corporate gifting solutions, including customization of products with brand identity, logos, and designs.

2. Orders & Customization

All customization requests must be shared in writing (email/form). Final approval of designs must be provided by the client before production. We are not responsible for errors in client-provided artwork, logos, or text.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted based on product, customization, and quantity. Full/partial advance payment may be required before order confirmation. Payment must be made via approved methods only.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines will be shared during order confirmation. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once approved and produced. Cancellation requests before production may incur service/processing charges.

6. Intellectual Property

Client logos, designs, and trademarks remain the property of the client. Emerald Corporate Gifting may display customized products (excluding confidential orders) in marketing materials, unless the client requests otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
